Day 1 Paihia
Today you will arrive into Auckland and transfer to a domestic flight to Kerikeri, where you will collect a vehicle and drive to your Paihia accommodation. Stay three nights in the Bay of Islands.
Day 2 Paihia
Today spend the day golfing at the Kauri Cliffs golf course along the coast of the Bay of Islands. This golf course which was built by David Harman, a leading golf-course architect, and has a 72 championship golf course that follows the coastline.
Day 3 Paihia
Late this morning you will be collected from the Paihia Wharf and board the Ataahua sail boat to spend the day exploring the Bay of Islands. During the day, you will have a chance to swim in the cold water, snorkel among the kelp forests or head ashore for a walking tour.
Day 4 Hokianga
At your leisure, head southwest from Paihia to the Kauri Coast, where you will check in for your one night stay. This evening you will take a guided tour into the local forest to learn about the kauri trees and the local Maori culture of the region.
Day 5 Auckland
Head south from Kauri Coast today and drive to the big city of Auckland. You will stay for two nights to allow you to explore the Sky Tower and the Viaduct Harbour of Auckland. This afternoon is at leisure.
Day 6 Auckland
Spend the day over on the second largest island in the Hauraki Gulf, Waiheke Island. Here you will spend the day exploring the local wineries and tasting a variety of wines, olive oils and cheeses. In the evening you will take the ferry back to Auckland.
Day 7 Napier
This morning you will be collected from your accommodation and transported to the Auckland domestic airport in time for your flight to Napier. Upon arrival in Napier, you will collect your vehicle and make your way to your Havelock North accommodation where you will spend three nights. The afternoon is at leisure to go for a hike on Te Mata Peak or enjoy your accommodation's views.
Day 8 Napier

Late this morning, take a private tour of Havelock North and Hastings with Juliet, a cheese connoisseur, to explore the local town and businesses. Throughout the day you will have the chance to try a variety of pastries, cheeses, fruit and wines, while seeing the quaint businesses that make up the region.
Day 10 Lake Tekapo
Today make your own way to the Napier airport to fly to Christchurch, where you will collect a vehicle and head southwest to Lake Tekapo. You will spend three nights in Lake Tekapo to allow time to explore Mt Cook and the UNESCO Dark Sky Reserve. The remaining part of the day is at leisure to explore the region.
Day 11 Lake Tekapo
Make your way to the town of Mount Cook to meet your guide to hike Mount Cook. Here you will be fitted with ice hiking gear before boarding a helicopter and landing on the Tasman Glacier. For the next three hours you will explore the caves and cracks of the Tasman Glacier. In the afternoon, you can either return to Lake Tekapo or hike around the Mount Cook region.
Day 12 Lake Tekapo
Day 13 Queenstown
At your leisure, continue to drive southwest from Lake Tekapo to Queenstown over the Lindis Pass. Spend four nights in Queenstown exploring the 'Adventure Capital' of the world.
Day 14 Queenstown
Have a late start to the day, before meeting your helicopter guide for your half day tour. Depart from Queenstown, before passing over Mount Aspiring National Park and landing at Milford Sound, where you will board a small boat cruise down the Milford Sound. Following your cruise board your helicopter and fly back to Queenstown.
Day 15 Queenstown
Make your own way to the Jack's Point Golf club where you will be provided with a cart before enjoying a round of golf. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure to explore Queenstown.
