The Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge is a new luxury lodge that has been built right on the edge of the Volcanoes National Park at Ruhengeri. It's excellently located for gorilla trekking and other activities in the park, only ten minutes drive from the Park Headquarters and it's location at 7,000ft above sea level will help acclimatise you to the altitude for the gorilla trek.

The cottages are spacious and include a sitting room with fireplace, bedroom, dressing room, 24 hour electricity and a large bathroom with bath and shower with hot and cold running water. They also have a sheltered balcony where you can relax and read a book or marvel at the views.
