Itinerary idea in detail

With international flights from a choice of airports including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

  • Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Marrakesh. Arrive at Marrakesh Airport, where a driver will be waiting to take you directly into the High Atlas Mountains to a relaxing kasbah hotel. Enjoy some downtime after your flight and soak up the views.

  • There will be time to explore the sweeping scenery today on a guided hike through the Ourika Valley with a guide. The hiking routes vary from easy to difficult, so your guide can tailor the hike to suit you. En route, stop in a traditional village to spend some time with a local family in their home, sharing stories over a cup of mint tea.

  • Today, you will travel to Marrakesh and your riad, which is located in the heart of the medina. Spend the afternoon relaxing on the roof terrace or exploring the souqs.

  • Enjoy a full-day tour of Marrakesh, visiting the main historical sites such as the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace and the Jewish Quarter. The afternoon will focus on the city's cultural side, winding your way through the different artisan areas within the souqs. End the day with dinner in the Djemaa el Fna, which comes alive with food stalls, henna artists, scribes and musical performers each evening.

  • Today there will be time to explore one final highlight in Morocco, the Hassan II Mosque, an exquisite example of Moroccan architecture located around two and half hours away in Casablanca. After your tour, travel to Casablanca International Airport for your flight to Malaga in southern Spain. On arrival, a driver will transfer you to the historic city of Granada and your next hotel.

  • Continue your exploration of Islamic architecture on a guided tour of Spain's Alhambra Palace and the city of Granada. The Alhambra was built by Moorish kings during their rule of southern Spain and reflects the ornate styles and geometric designs of the empire. In the afternoon, visit the old Moorish quarter as well as the Capilla Real, where Ferdinand and Isabella, the first Catholic rulers of Granada, are buried.

  • Travel to Seville today, stopping on the way to explore Ronda, with its Roman bridge and plunging gorges.

  • This morning, enjoy a walking tour of Seville to see the city's highlights, including the Giralda Tower and the Real Alcázar. The afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure, and this evening, take a tapas tour of the city, ending with a special flamenco performance.

  • Enjoy a final day to relax in Seville at your leisure. Amble through the city's historic lanes or take a stroll along the Guadalquivir River.

  • Travel to the airport for your flights home. Your return flight will arrive the same day.
