The Hotel Interlaken is the oldest hotel in Interlaken, with a history as a guesthouse dating back to at least 1323. Located right on the main street, the family-run hotel is an excellent home base for your travels in the region.
Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa
Across the main street from the stately green of Höhematte park, the Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa's Belle Époque balconies greet the snow-capped Bernese Alps. Possibly the most indulgent hotel in Interlaken, its history of attentive service spans more than 150 years.
Located in the heart of the Bernese Oberland, the palatial hotel is a destination in itself and provides easy access to the Jungfraujoch, the Schilthorn and the winter sports, hiking and other activities the region is known for.
The grand arches of the hotel’s entrance and marble lobby lead you to the 216 cool, contemporary rooms, all of which offer mountain views and impeccable service.
The hotel’s spa is extensive and includes sauna and steam rooms, a Romanesque indoor pool, tennis courts and other fitness facilities along with a full menu of health and beauty treatments.
The Victoria Jungfrau also supplies decadence in the form of its excellent restaurants and lounges, including the elegant La Terrasse, the casual Ristorante e Pizzeria Sapori, the chic Victoria Bar and Victoria Terrace, a gracious outdoor space open during good weather.

The Yash Chopra Suite is Bollywood-themed with silk pillows, deep-brown, plum and gold decor and Jungfrau views. The yellow-walled Tower Suite is huge, with a dining room and terrace, entrance hall and curved staircase to the second terrace on the upper floor.
The spa also has its own rooms, which give you direct access to the facilities.
The V-J Club Rooms are light and airy and come with additional services like pick-up at the train station, priority restaurant seating and a welcome drink upon arrival.
