  • On arrival at Windhoek Airport, you will be met and escorted to your light aircraft, which will take you south to the dunes of Sossusvlei, where you will stay in the private Kulala Concession.

  • Head into the dunes early this morning before the heat really begins to increase. The guided activities will take you in at first light so that you will be among the first people in the area. Deadvlei and Sossusvlei are worth visiting as they offer different perspectives of this region. If you have the energy, clamber up one of the dunes for great views.

  • This morning, you will be taken back to the airstrip, where Schoemans will pick you up for the spectacular flight up to Swakopmund and then into the Skeleton Coast. Along the way, you will stop for lunch along the beach and enjoy flights over the Ugab formations, as well taking some time to walk around and enjoy the scenery.

  • Today, you take a scenic flight along the Skeleton Coast and the roaring dunes before heading to Leylandsdrift Camp.

  • Enjoy a nature drive looking for desert-adapted elephants, visit the Himba people and fly up north to explore the Serra Caféma area and the Kunene River.

  • Enjoy a boat trip down the Kunene River and climb some small peaks on the Angola side. After lunch, you will depart by light aircraft to Ongava Lodge. This is a beautiful property set in a private concession on the edge of Etosha in the Ongava Reserve. The area consistently provides some of the best wildlife sightings in the area.

  • There are a number of activities that you can do from Ongava Lodge. These include excursions into Etosha and on the Ongava Reserve, guided walks and also the opportunity to track rhinos on foot. It really is an exhilarating feeling as you quietly approach these amazing animals.

  • Enjoy another day of safari activities from Ongava Lodge.

  • After a final morning safari, you will fly back to Windhoek, where your driver will collect you and take you to your guesthouse to relax for the evening.

  • After breakfast, you will be picked up by your driver and taken to the airport.
