It is safe to say that Sasakwa is one of the most luxurious properties in East Africa. Built high on a hill the lodge offers stunning views across the Serengeti plains where game viewing, particularly at the time of the Great Migration, should be superb.

The lodge includes a few air-conditioned guest cottages all complete with antique furniture, crystal vases of roses and classic artwork giving it a real 1920s feel. This theme is continued throughout the lodge with beautiful dining and drawing rooms, a vintage wine cellar, a tennis court, archery pavilion, croquet lawn and even an equestrian center to house the polo ponies and thoroughbreds.

Activities from the lodge include game drives, bush walks, horse riding safaris and mountain biking among others, so there's plenty to keep you entertained. Sasakwa is an ideal location for those who would like to experience a safari in wonderful colonial elegance and style.
