  • Today you will be collected from your hotel for a full day guided tour of the Pyramids at Giza (and the Sphinx), Saqqara and Dahshur.

  • This morning you have an early start for your excursion to the Valley of the Kings and other sites on the West Bank. Return to the boat for lunch before sailing to the town of Esna, where you moor for the night.

  • Today enjoy a guided tour of Edfu temple, which is dedicated to the god Horus. In the afternoon the boat continues south to Kom Ombo, where you have an evening visit, before mooring for the night.

  • After breakfast you disembark the Steamship Sudan. You will be collected from the boat and taken to your hotel for your stay in Aswan. This afternoon you will have a trip by felucca to the beautiful Botanical gardens on Kitchener's Island. This evening you could visit the museum of Nubian Life in Aswan, which shows some interesting aspects of Nubian life as well as superb Phaoroanic exhibits.

  • Today you have the opportunity to visit the superb temples of Ramses II at Abu Simbel. You have a short flight down Lake Nasser, where you are met and transferred to the archeological site with your guide, who will explain the history of the monuments to you before you enter the temples themselves. After flying back to Aswan, you have the afternoon at leisure to relax or explore Aswan's souqs.
