The spacious 48 guest rooms are minimalists in style, some having balconies overlooking either the courtyard or the streets of Turin. The stylish appearance is achieved with nicely finished modern furnishings and artworks. All rooms will have Wi-Fi, air-conditioning for summer months and heating for winter months.
There are two breakfast rooms at the Townhouse 70 Hotel. One has approximately 20 comfortable arm chairs for guests sitting around one table. The other dining option is out on the private terrace on the ground floor, offering a peaceful atmosphere. There is a bar in the reception area with comfortable loungers. Although there are no restaurants inside the hotel, you’ll find a selection of restaurants directly outside the hotel.
Please note that there is a local city tax that will need to be paid directly to your hotel for any stay in Turin. This tax is subject to change but is usually around 3 to 5 euros per person, per night and will need to be paid on your departure.

There are 48 suites and rooms in the Townhouse70 Hotel. They are all furnished with a minimalist style making it feel as if it were home. The rooms are serviced with all modern amenities and are spacious and comfortable with living areas in most or balconies overlooking the city sites from above. You’ll find either a bath or a shower in the contemporary style bathrooms, but not both.
The hotel is located in the heart of Turin, within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum and Royal Palace (Palazzo Madama). Although the hotel is in the heart of the city, you’ll find the interior courtyard offers peace and quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Turin.

Dine in the private terrace on the first floor where you can enjoy an aperitif or snack. In addition to the bar service in the courtyard, you’ll find two separate breakfast room options. Both breakfast rooms offer the same food and drinks, but one has one large table, while the other has several small tables. There is also a bar near the reception area.
