This gracious country home sits in 48 acres of private grounds between Nelson and the Abel Tasman National Park, placing you within half an hour of some of the most beautiful beaches, boutique vineyards, art and craft galleries and spectacular mountain scenery in the region. Your hosts, Peter and Bobbie Martin, lived in London for 18 years where Bobbie trained as a designer and gardener before returning to their New Zealand home in 2002 to work on the house and its extensive gardens.
Their hard work and dedication has created an award-winning resort, which has a reputation for a warm friendly welcome delivered with style. The house and cottage can accommodate up to six guests in two separate en suite super king rooms within the main house. A third bedroom is located in a private cottage 40 meters from the main house, which has two separate bedrooms containing a super queen double bed and a king single.
Pre-dinner drinks and wine with dinner are included in the cost as is a hearty kiwi breakfast, which are served either in the dining room or outdoor dining areas. The property is enhanced by the stunning landscaped gardens and a private garden spa.
