There are just four guest rooms at Dunluce; the Stuart room has one super king or two queen beds and a shower in the en suite, the Murchison and Franklin rooms each have a king bed and a shower in their en suite and the deluxe Kepler room features a super king bed, deep double spa bath and separate shower. Each room is light and sunny and has been designed to maximise views and provide guests with a calming ambiance.

Dunluce is ideally located just outside Te Anau town and looks out across fields to Lake Te Anau and the mountains of Fiordland. The town is a five minute drive or twenty five minute stroll away through the suburbs.

Food and drink

A delicious and extensive homemade breakfast is served in the sunny dining area, or outside, if the Fiordland weather permits. In the evenings it is a short drive or a 25 minute stroll to the centre of Te Anau, where there are several good restaurants.

Facilities and activities

Dunluce features a refreshment area, where guests can make a drink and nibble on some of Wendy’s homemade treats throughout their stay. The B&B also provides a guest laptop and complimentary Wi-Fi, off-road parking and complimentary laundry facilities. Your hosts have a wealth of knowledge about the area and can advise guests on suitable activities and walks.

The Stuart room is equipped for disabled access and wheelchair access is available throughout the communal areas.
