Rooms

There are 23 contemporary rooms in the main inn building, many with views right across the lake. Larger rooms and suites are clustered in wooden-slatted pavilions scattered around the grounds while private cottages and condos are tucked between the trees. Ideal for families, the cottages have four or five rooms, with pine walls and a log fire for a rustic country feel. 

Location

Right on the edge of Lac-à-l'Eau-Claire, the hotel backs onto a series of smaller lakes and a meandering river.

There are plenty of points of interest nearby including Cite de l'Énergie theme park and Sainte-Ursule Waterfall Park. You’re also a short drive from La Mauricie National Park and Mastigouche Wildlife Reserve.

Food and drink

The hotel restaurant looks out across the lake, with log fires lit for a cosy evening ambiance. There’s a focus on local cuisine including fresh-caught trout, bison and deer. Children are well-catered for, and the chefs are happy to tailor food you meet your requirements. You can try an apéritif before dinner in the bar — we suggest the Cocktail du Lac, the house special.
