A modern mountain lodge with generously-sized and well-equipped suites, Stoneridge Mountain Resort offers a highly comfortable base for exploring the surrounding mountains. The resort sits on the outskirts of Canmore at the edge of Banff National Park and has the bonus of an outdoor pool and hot tub, a gym, and heated, underground parking for winter visitors.
The suites all have full kitchens and separate living rooms and are laid out in a tasteful, modern style. HDTVs, free Wi-Fi, pillow-top beds and large bathrooms with a separate bath and shower mean they offer far more than a standard rental apartment.
There's a small café on site and the shops, galleries and restaurants of Canmore are a five-minute drive away. Most memorable of all though is the scenic setting, with the peaks of Mount Rundle towering over the town.
Staff can help plan local hikes or rides, recommend where to eat, and assist with information and advice on exploring Canada's Rocky Mountains.
One of Canmore's larger properties, Stoneridge is well suited to those who wish to self cater, or simply prefer the amenities of a larger hotel.
