Niagara Falls day tour

Niagara Falls, Ontario

Take a day trip out of the city to experience the thundering force of Niagara Falls.

About two hours south of Toronto on the scenic Queen Elizabeth Way lies the thundering Niagara Falls, making it a popular day trip to get out of the city. We prefer this small group tour which provides a comprehensive visit to all the highlights of Niagara Falls and the surrounding area.

You’ll be collected from your hotel in downtown Toronto for the journey to Niagara Falls, passing the towns of Mississauga, Burlington and St. Catherine's on your way. Upon arrival in the town of Niagara Falls you’ll board the Hornblower Cruises boat for a close-up view of the Great Gorge, American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and the mighty Canadian Horseshoe Falls with its crashing water and misty veil. There is then free time for lunch.

Afterwards, you’ll travel along the Niagara Parkway to Niagara-on-the-Lake, making several stops at scenic viewpoints along the way. There’s time to explore Niagara-on-the-Lake, considered one of Canada's prettiest towns, and home to many of Niagara’s wineries.

In the late afternoon, depart Niagara-on-the-Lake for the return journey to Toronto. The trip lasts a full day, typically around nine hours. The maximum group size is 15 passengers, and the tour is led by both a driver and a knowledgeable guide.
