Zip through the snow-covered trails of Saint Agathe des Monts, one of the best snowmobiling spots in North America.
Saint Agathe des Monts is the birthplace of the first snowmobile club in the world and the region is known as one of the best snowmobiling spots in North America. This tour offers an introduction to these popular snow-covered trails through the mountain forests. You’ll get to admire the wild landscapes of the boreal forest and white Laurentian Mountains, and perhaps, if lucky, spot deer in the snow.
Designed for beginners, this two-hour guided tour introduces you to the world of snowmobiling and lets you explore the extensive trails and landscape of the Saint Agathe area. Your tour includes a Bombardier Ace Expedition Sport Snowmobile with heated grips to keep your hands warm, fuel, a motorbike-style helmet and balaclava, a warm winter jacket and trousers, mittens, and warm winter boots.
Your VHR-certified guide will take you to the starting point of the tour to introduce the snowmobiles and to run through safety, before heading off into the wintry landscape, stopping to make sure the group is safe at regular intervals. The snowmobiles have room for a driver and passenger, and there will be time halfway through the tour where you can change drivers and take photos.
