Elqui Domos consists of seven two-storey domes each with a downstairs living area and bathroom and an upstairs bedroom with detachable roof. Each also has an ample terrace and several windows which open out to the stars. The hotel has also recently added four wooden cabins, known as 'Observatories' offering panoramic views of the valley and night-time sky.
The focus here is on the appreciation of the area's fabulous skies with daily private astronomic tours during the evening. Night-time horse rides, telescope handling and operating sessions can be organised through the hotel as can bike rental, daytime horse rides and car rental.
