Awasi Patagonia

Sister hotel to the brilliant Awasi Atacama, Awasi Patagonia opened with no expense spared in the construction and quality of the lodge and accompanying suites. Designed to mirror an African safari camp, all rooms enjoy ample space and light with a separate living area, luxurious bathroom and outdoor hot tub, all facing the view of the famous Towers and the spectacular surrounding mountain range.

The hotel is located in a private reserve, and you will have your own guide to tailor the tours to your specific interests, making pretty much anything possible. Excursions are possible both in the park itself (which you get to by first fording the river in a giant off-road vehicle) or in the vast reserve surrounding the hotel. The wildlife near the casitas has proved to be impressive, with camera traps having captured puma, feeding condors, Patagonian fox and countless llamas, all within a few hundred yards from the property. If you have special requests for your stay there then please do let us know so that we can prepare the guides for you. They can arrange almost anything with sufficient notice — even booking you a puma tracker which will almost guarantee a sighting (but do be aware some specialist guides may incur an additional cost).
