This morning you will visit Galapaguera de Cerro Colorado, which is a great place to see Galapagos giant tortoises in their natural habitat. In the afternoon, you'll visit the pretty white coral beach at Cerro Brujo, located on the island's north coast. Here you will have the opportunity to snorkel or walk along the beach. There are various birds to observe besides flamingos, such as common stilts and white-cheeked pintail ducks. The afternoon you will visit Post Office Bay. This site is the location of a wooden barrel which was placed here in the 18th century by the crew of a whaling ship. It has been used since this time by sailors and tourists as a post office.
