Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Rio de Janeiro. Arrive in the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro. You will be met at the airport and driven to your hotel in private vehicle.

Day 6 Ouro Preto

Transfer to Ouro Preto, perhaps the most famous colonial city in this part of Brazil, at the heart of the 18th century gold rush.

Day at leisure to explore the winding roads and picturesque churches of Ouro Preto. Once again the nearby town of Mariana offers an interesting insight into the region's mining heritage.

Day 8 Recife and Olinda

Transfer to Belo Horizonte, from Belo Horizonte fly north to Recife and transfer to the nearby colonial gem of Olinda, a picture postcard town on the Atlantic Ocean.
