Komaneka at Tanggayuda
Komaneka at Tanggayuda, Ubud, Indonesia
The Komaneka at Tanggayuda is built in an enchanting and secluded setting overlooking the Oos River, a short drive from the many cultural activities in nearby Ubud. The suites offer comfortable accommodation while each of the villas has a private plunge pool, veranda and garden. The spa offers an array of treatments, massages and therapies to allow you to truly lose yourself in Bali.
Komaneka is designed to reflect a contemporary interpretation of traditional Balinese style and architecture. Constructed with local materials, including alang-alang thatch roofing, Indonesian stones and exotic native woods, the hotel offers spacious rooms decorated with rich fabrics in soft earth tones and exquisitely crafted local furnishings.
The 20 rooms are split into three categories at the resort; courtyard pool villas, valley view pool villas and suite rooms. All pool villas boast a plunge pool, a king-size bed, day bed, mini-bar, air-conditioning, CD player & DVD player, satellite TV, IDD phone, in-room safety deposit box, bathrobe and slippers, hand-carved volcanic stone bathtub, private veranda and an outside open-air pavilion. The suite rooms offer all of the same amenities except for the private plunge pool.
The Komaneka resort hotels were named to celebrate two generations of a family dedicated to the acquisition and exhibition of one of the world's finest collections of Indonesian and Balinese art. There are three other Komaneka properties - all located around Ubud.
