Day by day
Today you will board your overnight flight.
On your arrival in Bali, you will be met by our representative and transferred by private vehicle to Seminyak.
The upmarket resort of Seminyak has arguably the best beach on the island and a wide range of galleries, boutiques, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The Samaya Seminyak sits on the beachfront within easy reach of all Seminyak has to offer but is a peaceful retreat that feels a world away.
Today you are at leisure to explore or relax as you wish. All the villas at Seminyak have their own private pool and are a lovely place to relax and do nothing. You may wish to join one of the resort’s cultural activities, such as a Balinese sarong demonstration or village cycling tour. Or you could stroll along the beach or wander out to the restaurants and shops of Seminyak.
If you'd like to explore today you could visit Uluwatu Temple perched high on the clifftops in the southwest corner of Bali with panoramic ocean views. The photogenic temple of Pura Tanah Lot is northwest of Seminyak and is a must-see.
You will be transferred by private vehicle to the airport today for your flight to Sumba.
When you arrive in Sumba, you will be met by a hotel representative and transferred by private to Nihiwatu. This scenic journey will take about 1 hour 45 minutes and is a great introduction to this beautiful and undeveloped island.
Nihi Sumba Island is a beautifully luxurious resort in rustically picturesque surroundings. Arrive, settle in and enjoy a stroll along the long, sweeping beach watching the surf.
Today is your first full day at leisure. Nihi Sumba Island excels in offering a diverse range of activities and excursions to clients. Why not take a paddle board trip up the river to start exploring the island.
If you'd like to explore more of the island, perhaps go on an early morning trek going through the forest and local villages.
Nihi Sumba Island is famous for its surf breaks and also offers lessons for beginners. There's also a riding stable, yoga classes and even a chocolate factory.
Today you might like to go for a tour of Waikabubak Market. This is West Sumba's largest town, with lots of vendors selling exotic produce.
There are plenty of optional excursions to choose from both on land and on water but if you'd like to take a bit of time to relax, your luxurious villa is the perfect spot for some peace and quiet.
Today is your last full day at the resort. For something very different, why not try the Spa Safari starting with an early morning trek to a quiet beach to enjoy spa treatments with panoramic ocean views.
Today you will be transferred by private vehicle back to the airport for your flights home.
