Corpo Santo Hotel
Set in a convenient location in the heart of Lisbon, the Corpo Santo Hotel offers high levels of value, service and attention to detail. It opened in September 2017 and the 79 rooms are spread across four floors, each one following a different theme related to Portuguese expansion and history.
Design elements reflect influences from Africa, Asia, Brazil and Lisbon and in the basement there is a gallery displaying archaeological finds from the site alongside a section of the 14th-century city wall. The rooms are more modern in style and decorated in a pale, neutral palette with high-quality linens in white, grey and beige.
The hotel’s restaurant, Porter, is popular among guests and locals alike due to its relaxed ambience, hearty local cuisine and view over the bustling street outside. This is also where the expansive buffet breakfast is served each morning. Guests are also treated to small additional touches such as a free popcorn machine and evening tasting experiences of local food or wine in the lobby each night.
Thanks to its central location, the hotel is just a five-minute walk from the Praça do Comércio and the Baixa train station.
