As a home to the Big Five and with accommodation choices ranging from self-catering chalets to opulent lodges, Kruger is one of Africa's top-draw safari destinations. Our specialists will design you a private tailor-made holiday set in the Kruger, which offers complete freedom of choice on where you stay and the safari activities that interest you.
A little bit about Kruger
Kruger is the flagship for conservation on the African continent; with nearly 20,000 sq km of land that's home to 147 mammal species, 507 bird species and 336 types of trees.
Kruger Park encompasses Kruger National Park and the Greater Kruger Park, a big swathe of land on the western flanks of the national park.
The park is managed by South African National Parks and shares unfenced borders with the Greater Kruger Park, which has private reserves but is still given over to conservation. And, as far as the animals are concerned, it’s all the same thing.

Our Kruger & the Escarpment highlights
Our specialists have travelled the length and breadth of South Africa - here are a few of their favourite things to do:
Drive the Panorama Route along the Blyde River Canyon
The Blyde’s spectacular canyon, nearly 30 kilometres long, is one of the most beautiful travel destinations in South Africa.
After an afternoon game drive, stop to enjoy a glass of white wine or cold beer and wonderful African sunset.
One of our favourite camps in the Sabi Sands, Arathusa is set above a waterhole that attracts large herds of elephant and other game to drink throughout the day.
