Today you will venture out of the city to the ancient capital, Ayutthaya. It was once the jewel of Siam before being partially destroyed by invaders. Many of the most revered temples, monasteries and statues have since been restored. Enjoy a full day exploring the ancient city of Ayutthaya with its picturesque ruins, statues and temples. This evening, you will return to your hotel for a well-earned rest. However, if you are still feeling energetic you may want to sample one of Bangkok's many wonderful restaurants (we can provide you with a few suggestions).

Bangkok is a city of many treasures and today is the day to visit some of its most eye-catching temples along with a few of the city's highlights. This morning you will be collected by your guide and driver to begin a half-day tour of Bangkok. You will see some of the main highlights of the city including the majestic Grand Palace and Wat Pho. This evening we can recommend one of Bangkok's top restaurants for dinner.

This morning you will be collected by your guide and transferred to the airport in time for your flight to Chiang Mai. Upon arrival in Chiang Mai, you will be met by your guide and transferred to your luxury accommodation set among the beautiful terraces of the nearby Mae Rim Valley. The rest of the day is left free for you to settle into your hotel and relax in your surroundings. Chiang Mai is the gateway to northern Thailand and is surrounded by mountains, rice terraces and timeless countryside. Its historic roots are still evident, and many remnants can still be explored during your stay.

Today, your guide will take you to explore the main sights of Chiang Mai, including the hilltop temple of Doi Suthep. Try some of the local coffee and meet the villagers from a White Hmong community before returning to your hotel later in the afternoon. The evening is free to relax or explore at your leisure. Chiang Mai has many top-class restaurants, and we can provide you with a few suggestions, including some of our preferred options.

Today you will journey out to the nearby Kanta Elephant Sanctuary. This project has been specifically chosen for its great care and consideration for the elephants' welfare. You will spend a day with the elephants observing these gentle giants and will get the chance to feed and bathe them. Later this afternoon, you will return to your hotel, where you will have some free time to relax or explore at your own leisure.

After a leisurely breakfast, you will be collected from your hotel and taken to the airport in time for your flight to Phuket. Upon arrival in Phuket you will be transferred to your beach resort for some time relaxing at your luxurious accommodation. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to relax, indulge and explore your beautiful surroundings.
