Rooms
Rooms are spread across the main farmhouse, the Pressoir and the Pavilion and have the feel of understated elegance, featuring antique furniture, parquet flooring and a rich tonal palette. Each offers views of either the hotel’s enchanting gardens or the rooftops of Honfleur. The refined yet rustic feel of the rooms is in contrast to the modern, minimalist bathrooms, which are decorated with gray or white marble, stone tiles or sleek metals.
Location
Tucked away up a cobbled side street, La Ferme Saint Siméon feels both peaceful and secluded while still being close to the heart of Honfleur. Saint-Catherine’s Church, the old port and an array of artisanal shops and restaurants are all just a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel during the day or a very short taxi ride at night.
Food and drink
La Ferme Saint Siméon is known for its Michelin-starred restaurant and seasonal menu, featuring dishes typical of the region. An in-house sommelier is on hand to make individual recommendations from the extensive wine list, while the cocktail bar and terrace provide a relaxing space in which to enjoy a pre-dinner drink. Breakfast is served in the restaurant or in the comfort of your room.
Facilities and activities
The luxurious spa is a highlight for many guests, offering a large heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and small fitness room. Additionally, it's possible to book a massage therapy session or a number of spa services that use local organic products.
