Rooms

A variety of rooms and suites are offered here, ranging from the entry-level Deluxe rooms through to spacious suites with separate sitting areas and whirlpool baths. All options include a marble en suite bathroom and views over Bunker Hill or the California Plaza. They also come equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, safe, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer and telephone.

Deluxe rooms feature either a king bed or twin queen beds and have a modern decor, while Club rooms offer the same features but guests have access to the exclusive Club Lounge, where they can enjoy evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Premier View rooms offer additional floor space and are situated on higher floors for more impressive views of the city. Meanwhile, the suites have sofas and coffee tables in their living rooms, with some able to interconnect to accommodate families. The impressive Presidential Suite even has a kitchen pantry with a butler entry, ensuring your every need is attended to.

Location

The Omni, located on Bunker Hill, is within walking distance of many interesting museums, shopping districts and restaurants, including the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles Music Center and the Opera House. Hollywood and Beverly Hills are a taxi ride away, while the airport is a 30-minute drive away.

Food and drink

Noé Restaurant serves bistro-style cuisine, whilst the bar, with its outdoor patio, boasts splendid views of the city skyline. There's also Morsel's café for hot drinks and light snacks, as well as the Grand Cafe, which is open for breakfast and lunch and serves innovative Californian cuisine overlooking the pool.

Families

The Omni Sensational Kids programme means that upon check-in, children receive a backpack full of entertaining games and goodies with a health and nutrition theme. The backpack includes an activity book with healthy snack recipes and fun games, a twisty tomato straw, memory match-up cards and crayons. Kids also have milk and cookies delivered to their guest room on the first night of their stay. A childminding service is offered here.

Facilities and activities

Close to many of LA's main attractions, the hotel also offers excellent facilities on site, including a spa providing an array of treatments, an outdoor heated swimming pool and a fitness centre, with a fitness kit available to use in your room should you prefer to workout in private. If you like running, a number of jogging paths can be found around the hotel, with maps available to borrow from the fitness centre. There's also a gift shop, currency exchange service, same-day laundry service and business centre available for guests' use.
