Ninh Binh by bike and boat

This morning you leave your hotel and drive to the area of Bai Dinh with an optional stop to visit the Bai Dinh Pagoda. Considered the largest complex of Buddhist temples in Vietnam, this is a popular site for Buddhist pilgrims across the country.

From here you cycle through the rural landscape to Dong Tam Village (eight kilometres of cycling on flat paths). On arrival at the village you can help prepare your lunch with the local family that will host you. After lunch take an enjoyable sampan ride away from the crowds to explore the fascinating But Cave complex. The tour ends at Thung Nham dock, where you will be met by your driver and driven back to your hotel.
