Ultimate Zambia safari

A day of game-viewing activities from the lodge. This often includes a morning walk and a late afternoon drive, where sundowners are followed by a night expedition searching for leopards and other nocturnal wildlife.

By now, you will hopefully have seen the Big Five, so on today's drives, see if you can check off some of the area's smaller predators, such as cheetah, hyena, and wild dog.

Today you will be returned to the Mfuwe Airport for your flight back to Lower Zambezi National Park. Here, you will be met by your guide, who will drive you a short distance to the river, where a boat will take you the rest of the way. Spot wildlife along the way before enjoying some downtime at camp, before your afternoon wildlife drive.

From your lodge, you can choose from guided game walks, game drives, night drives, boat cruises, and canoeing. Keep your eyes peeled, as this is a fantastic area for leopards.

Today you will enjoy further activities from your lodge, all under the expert guidance of the safari guides. You could choose to take a canoe trip down the gentle side waters of the Zambezi River or track elephants near the lodge.

After your morning drive, you will return to the Jeki airstrip for a flight directly to Kafue National Park. From here, it's an hour to camp, but you will be able to spot wildlife along the way.

From Chisa Busanga Camp, you can walk through the vast grasslands of Kafue National Park, learning about the myriad miniature species of plants, insects, and birds that can easily go overlooked.

Busanga Plains offers one of the best opportunities to spot cheetah in Zambia, and with nearly 500 bird species in the area, it's an ideal safari destination for birders.

Today you'll fly from the Lower Zambezi to Livingstone. A driver will meet you and take you to your lodge, situated on the banks of the river with stunning views.

A day dedicated to exploring Victoria Falls and the surrounding areas, or simply relaxing at your lodge.

If you're looking for something a bit different, you could try your hand at white-water rafting today (water level dependent) or take to the skies on a helicopter flight over Victoria Falls. Enjoy dinner tonight at your lodge.

You will be collected and driven to Livingstone Airport today.

Arrive home today to complete your journey.
