Set within an attractive, Regency-era townhouse overlooking a private garden square, the Dorset Square Hotel offers 38 individually decorated guest rooms and impeccable service. The rooms have striking headboards, brightly patterned cushions and vibrant yet elegant furnishings. Fabrics have been created by owner and designer Kit Kemp, whose unique style can be felt throughout the property, from the muted drawing room with its high ceilings, fireplace and honesty bar to The Potting Shed restaurant, which serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The hotel can also provide a luxury picnic hamper, should you wish to enjoy the leafy garden square in front of the hotel.
Rooms vary in size and bed size, but all come equipped with modern amenities and many have views overlooking Dorset Square garden.

Kit Kemp’s use of pattern and eye-catching design flows into the bedrooms. Each room is skillfully designed with bold pieces that remain in-keeping with the property's modern English design. Some of the guest rooms have views over the flourishing garden square. Large double beds give guests top-of-the-line comfort after exploring the city. All rooms have free Wi-Fi, a safe, and a minibar, as well as a sleek, granite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Location
Located in a residential crescent within Marylebone, Dorset Square Hotel enables you to live like a local while remaining easily accessible to the rest of the city and surrounding area. Madame Tussauds, the Sherlock Holmes Museum, and numerous cafés and shops are all within walking distance of the property. In addition, the stylish shops of Chiltern and Blandford Street are just around the corner.
Food and drink
All-day dining is served at The Potting Shed within Dorset Square. The seasonal menu changes throughout the year to ensure the freshest ingredients are used, but typically includes classic British cuisine. Festive menus, children’s afternoon tea and Prosecco brunches are all offered. In addition, artfully crafted cocktails are available and can be enjoyed while listening to live music sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Families
Some room categories are spacious enough to accommodate an extra bed or cot for larger groups. In addition, a few of the rooms connect or are adjacent to one another, allowing families to be in close proximity. Mini bathrobes, milk and cookies at bedtime, books and board games and babysitting services make it a pleasant stay for guests of all ages.
Facilities and activities
The fully air-conditioned hotel contains a spacious drawing room where you can spend time relaxing. This shared space contains a log fireplace, honesty bar and a writing desk. Afternoon tea is served here daily, with a variety of options offered, including a traditional-style afternoon tea, a children’s afternoon tea and a healthy afternoon tea. All the variations can be altered for dietary requirements in advance.
