The Lunenburg Arms is in a traditional wooden-slatted building painted duck-egg blue, the Canadian flag waving proudly outside. The hotel has a focus on wellness, with a spa on-site, offering a large selection of treatments.
It’s a few minutes’ walk from the main street showcasing local art and crafts, as well as numerous restaurants and cafés. The historic Lunenburg Harbour is also close by, and home to Nova Scotia’s famous racing schooner, Bluenose II, which can be found on the Canadian 10 cent coin.
This coastal hotel is in an ideal location for exploring the small town of Lunenburg. We loved the sea-view rooms and brightly-painted, traditional exterior.
