Hotel Montalembert

Paris, France

A boutique design hotel in the heart of fashionable Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Hotel Montalembert exudes style and warmth. Opened in 1926, it was the first five star boutique hotel on the left bank of Paris and is just a short walk away from countless restaurants, cafés and independent design shops as well as in close proximity to the Louvre and the Musée d’Orsay. As you enter you immediately feel welcome, a sensation mirrored by the intimate library and fireplace which are ideal spots for an apéritif in the evening, so too, are the first rate bar and restaurant.

Rooms and suites are all exceedingly chic in the contemporary Parisian style with sleek ebony furniture, minimalist designer lamps, parquet or carpeted flooring, fine fabrics and a soft palette with splashes of yellows, blues and oranges. Many of the rooms and suites boast balconies with views of Parisian rooftops or the Eiffel Tower in the distance.

OUR OPINION:

We love this hotel for its excellent balance of chic Parisian style with welcoming friendly service. Hotel Montalembert also boasts an enviable location in the very heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and all the trimmings of a remarkable five star boutique hotel.
