Taj Lake Palace

Udaipur, India

One of the most photographed hotels in the world, the Taj Lake Palace has a unique location on a tiny island on Lake Pichola. The views of the City Palace, which lies directly opposite, are magnificent and uninterrupted.

The interiors are still very atmospheric and have been carefully restored. Facilities include a bar, two restaurants, a health centre, a wonderfully designed swimming pool, shops and a mangrove pool.
