Stay at Anderssons Camp, Etosha National Park
This model of eco-sensitive lodging provides an authentic, safe and down-to-earth experience for small groups, families and independent travellers to Etosha.
Anderssons Camp, Etosha National Park, Namibia
Anderssons Camp makes for a comfortable modern-day base for exploring the Etosha savannah and salt pan landscape. The resurrected farmstead now forms the main lodge fronting onto a thriving waterhole and the twenty tented guest units are raised on decks for an enhanced view. Each room is ingeniously designed using reclaimed wood and stone as part of its eco-friendly model and includes a double or twin bed with ceiling fans, a balcony and a semi-open ensuite bathroom with basin, loo and shower. There is also a fence surrounding the camp which is visible from the rooms and main areas.
Activities from Anderssons Camp include game drives in Etosha National Park and guided nature walks on the Ongava Reserve. However, it's worth noting that day game drives within the Ongava Reserve cannot be organised from here, but you can book night drives to enjoy the nocturnal wildlife.
