Corral del Rey

Corral del Rey

Seville, Spain

Situated among winding alleys in the historic heart of Seville, Corral del Rey occupies two adjacent buildings (one a 17th-century manor) that have been transformed into an elegant boutique hotel. Inside, you’ll find an enclosed central courtyard, original wooden fixtures and wrought-iron details, which all add to a strong sense of character.

The 17 individually decorated rooms give you the feeling of being in a luxurious guesthouse. Airy linens in fresh shades of blue and white cover the beds and co-ordinate with the furniture. There’s a high level of attention to detail, which you’ll see in the decoration and high-quality furnishings.

The hotel’s comfortable lounges provide an excellent space to relax, as does the small library with its honesty bar. You can enjoy breakfast or light tapas during the day in the small dining area, or eat breakfast on the terrace by the plunge pool in nicer weather.

Corral del Rey is also well placed for exploring the city, being less than ten minutes’ walking distance from both the cathedral and Real Alcázar.

OUR OPINION:

Refined and characterful, Corral del Rey is a stylish retreat offering high levels of service. We were particularly impressed by the helpful and friendly nature of all the staff here.
