Rooms

Townhouse has 95 rooms and suites in a handful of different categories. The smallest, which is still comfortably sized, is the Parvus room. The next level is the Magnus room, then the Parvus Suite and the largest is the Refugium Suite, which boasts a private terrace with a view of the Frauenkirche. Views vary throughout the other rooms.

The rooms are decorated with an air of simple sophistication using neutral tones and clean lines. All rooms have en suite bathrooms of Italian stone, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a minibar.

Location

Townhouse is directly next to the Frauenkirche and situated in Neumarkt square, surrounded by shops, cafés and restaurants. It’s attached to a large commercial mall where you’ll find high-end shops and restaurants. Hotel guests can access the mall right from one of the lounges, but mallgoers cannot access the hotel.

The hotel is also less than a ten-minute walk from the world-renowned Semperoper opera house.

Food and drink

• A breakfast buffet is served daily in the dining room and features various pastries and regional products.
• Cocktails are available in the evenings in the rooftop bar of Dachbar.
