We like this hotel for its friendly service and central location in the heart of Nice and the Riviera. Set in a tranquil spot it is just a short walk to the old town or to the sea. It is also high above the street so has great views of the Mediterranean.

Rooms
The classically elegant rooms are designed to evoke the natural scenery surrounding the hotel with shells, flowers and leaves adorning the comforters and drapes. Many of the rooms have private terraces with full views of the Mediterranean, and all offer standard comforts such as a desk space, minibar, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and flat-screen televisions. The modern marble bathrooms feature shower over bath or, in higher room categories, a separate shower and bath.
Location
Hôtel La Pérouse is located on a hill just above Nice but a 5-minute walk away from the heart of the city and all it has to offer, including the old town and open-air food and flower market. It also provides easy access to the rest of France as it is only a 15-minute drive from the TGV (high speed train) station and a 25-minute drive from the airport.
Food and drink
The hotel’s restaurant uses local ingredients from the Nice food markets to create classic Mediterranean and Provençal dishes. From February to November meals are served on the rooftop terrace so guests can enjoy their meal while taking in the sweeping panoramic view of the Mediterranean.

The hotel has a heated outdoor pool which guests may use from April to October, as well as a gym, sauna, solarium and Jacuzzi.
