Travel that's shaped around you

We know that travel has the most meaning when it's created individually for you. Our specialists will only start designing your trip once they understand exactly what you want it to be. So, consider this idea simply as inspiration for your own experience.

Itinerary idea in detail

With international flights from a choice of airports including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

  • Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Dublin. On arrival in Dublin, you're met by a private driver, who’ll take you to your hotel. This morning, your private guide leads you on a walking tour of the city, exploring some of its highlights, including Trinity College and St Patrick's Cathedral. In the afternoon, you can follow a whiskey trail throughout the city, sampling some of its best varieties.

  • Travel north with your driver-guide to explore Newgrange, a prehistoric passage tomb that predates the Egyptian pyramids and Stonehenge and is featured heavily in Irish folklore. Continue venturing through the ancient Boyne Valley, visiting the ruins of the Hill of Slane and Monasterboice, an early Christian monastery, with your guide.

  • This morning, collect your rental car and head out of Dublin to Kenmare.

  • Take your car and drive around the Beara Peninsula, admiring the wild coastal scenery.

  • This morning, kayak on Kenmare Bay while on the lookout for seals. In the afternoon, drive to Celbridge for a relaxing last evening.

  • Make your way to Dublin Airport to drop off your rental car and board your flight home. Your return flight will arrive the same day.
