Today you will be collected from your hotel and driven to Chichén Itzá, where you will take a guided tour of the ruins with a private guide, followed by lunch. You will then continue to Mérida.

Spend the day immersing yourself in the charm of this historic colonial city. Take time to stroll through its picturesque streets, admire the elegant architecture, and visit local markets and museums. In the evening, head to the main squares, where you may witness traditional Yucatecan dance performances.

Today, take a private guided tour of two ancient Mayan sites buried deep in the jungle. At Uxmal, an hour's drive from Mérida, your guide points out the architecture unique to this site, such as the carved cisterns paying homage to the rain god Chaac. Ascend the Magician's Pyramid for views over the whole site. In the afternoon, journey to Kabáh, a settlement once connected to Uxmal by a white stone causeway. You'll be dropped back in Mérida at the end of the trip.

From Mérida, you will take a domestic flight to Oaxaca.

This morning, you will join a local Oaxacan chef to visit a nearby market where you'll shop together for ingredients before heading back to his cookery school to begin your lesson. Here you will learn to marry local ingredients together and create a number of select dishes frequently found in the country's cuisine. The fresh spices used in Mexican cooking are renowned for bringing dishes to life.

Leaving Oaxaca behind, you will fly to Mexico City. You will have the rest of the day at leisure. Use this evening to dine at one of Mexico City’s famous gourmet restaurants.

Today, your guide will take you on a tour of Mexico City, including the Floating Gardens of Xochimilco.

Today, your private guide will take you to the Coyoacán District. Your tour also includes a visit to the Anthropological Museum, which has a stunning collection of sculptures.

Leaving Mexico City behind, you will fly to the Pacific coast today for some time on the beach.

Spend the day exploring the tranquillity of Playa Las Gatas, a sheltered beach known for its calm waters and snorkeling opportunities. You may choose to relax on the soft sands, swim in the clear bay, or explore the vibrant marine life just offshore.
