Suasi Lodge, the only major building on this small island, has the most spectacular views of the lake. The lodge is constructed of natural materials, namely stone, wood, tortora reeds and straw and tries to run on an ecologically sound basis with solar panels providing hot water and electricity (please note the electricity supply is turned off at approximately 11pm each evening).
Relax at your leisure, soaking up the views, wander around the island visiting the herd of llama or taking a quick dip in the chilly waters. Have dinner at the lodge on a communal basis with your fellow guests. The resident guide will show you around and offer his extensive knowledge of the area.
