The property offers two Garden Suites, a two-bedroom luxury apartment and a Seaview room. The suites and apartments are equipped for self-catering, featuring a microwave, gas hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and cutlery and crockery, as well as a TV and DVD player. The Seaview room is offered on a bed and breakfast basis only. The Garden Suites are one-bedroom options, featuring a lounge/kitchenette, a king size bed and a single bed or day bed. They also each have their own patio and small garden, providing guests with a relaxing outdoor space.

The two-bedroom luxury apartment has a spacious lounge opening out onto two patios — one with mountain and sea views and the other looking out toward the Robberg Peninsula. This apartment can also be booked as a three-bedroom option by including the Seaview room. It can sleep between four and six guests, depending on whether all the bedrooms are included. The Seaview room makes a good option for a couple or single guest, and it features an en suite bathroom, its own private entrance and a patio with mountain and sea views.

Anlin Beach House is located within Plettenberg Bay, which is situated within a narrow coastal stretch between Mossel Bay and the Tsitsikamma Mountains, known as the Garden Route. Just a short walk away from the beach house is the renowned Robberg 5 Beach. The beach is 3.5 km (2 miles) long and has been awarded a blue flag beach status, highlighting it as one of the best beaches in South Africa. The area also offers a diverse variety of activities ranging from golf to hiking and caters to animal and wildlife lovers.

Food and drink

Dermot and Fran will serve a delicious, healthy continental breakfast on your private veranda at a time of your choice. The Anlin offers guests the option to self-cater their meals for lunch and dinner (with the exception of the Seaview room when booked on its own). Please note that the Garden Suites only have kitchenettes, not full-sized kitchens. Main Street in Plettenberg Bay, approximately a five to ten minute drive from the Anlin, has a wide variety of dining options.

Facilities and activities

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout property, and there's a DVD and book library at reception. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas can be borrowed, and an outdoor shower is available to all guests, as well as private, gated parking.

Local excursions

Anlin Beach House offers numerous excursions within the immediate and surrounding areas. With the Robberg Nature Reserve located just down the road, it's a walker’s paradise, with seven different recommended hiking trails.
