My passion for travel was sparked when I went to Eastern Europe as a student ambassador. Visiting castles in the Czech Republic, eating pierogi in Poland, and standing in awe of Saint-Basil’s Cathedral in Russia opened my eyes to a world much greater than what I had known and left me yearning for more.
In college, I studied abroad in Dunedin and fell in love with New Zealand. During the week I learnt about Maori history and every weekend I’d venture out to explore the dramatic and vastly different landscapes around the city. There were mountains to hike, oceans to swim, wines to taste, and glaciers to walk all within reach.
After college, I backpacked through Europe but no country made me feel the way New Zealand had. Joining Audley provided me with the opportunity to share my love of New Zealand and help others plan their trips there.

I'll never forget when…
I celebrated my 25th birthday on an overnight kayak and hiking tour in Abel Tasman National Park. We walked through lush forests, learning about the vegetation and native animals as we went, before stopping on a deserted beach for lunch. From there, we took to the water, setting off in kayaks to paddle our way through small islands, passing seals bathing in the sun along the way. At the start of the trip, I didn’t know anyone, but by day two I was celebrating with new friends among some of the most striking scenery New Zealand has to offer.
