Shanti Home, Delhi, India

Our rating: Medium

Shanti Home is a beautifully appointed 17 bedroom boutique hotel, located in a residential area of west Delhi which is 13km from the international airport and 15km from central Delhi. Each room has its own theme and has been tastefully styled with touches of India. The rooms are a good size and are clean and comfortable. Each floor has a large communal area with internet access and a small library.

The highlight of a stay at Shanti Home is the rooftop restaurant, The Lantern, where all meals are served. It is lit up by candle light in the evening and serves continental cuisine and excellent Indian dishes, particularly the tandoor options. The hotel is conveniently located for the airport and does have a nearby metro station if you are keen to explore independently.
