Gorki Apartments

Berlin, Germany

To feel like a true Berliner, make your way through a hidden courtyard to the Gorki Apartments, located in Mitte, Berlin’s bustling central district. Just steps away from shops, cafés and restaurants, the apartments offer the feeling of a home away from home with modern rooms and apartment amenities.

The wide array of rooms ranges from ground-floor studio apartments to opulent penthouse apartments with their own rooftop terraces. The apartments are decorated individually, but all have a stylish feel with details like richly hued subway tiles, French doors, exposed brick and clawfoot tubs.

Though you’re not at a hotel, you won’t sacrifice service during your stay — you’ll have concierge services, daily cleaning services and 24/7 phone support.

OUR OPINION:

We love the Gorki Apartments for its central location and the array of apartment sizes available. The studios are great for solo visitors while the penthouses are big enough for families to stay in.

There are 34 apartments total in the building, spread across five categories. The most basic level is the lotte, or the studio apartments. Though on the smaller side, the lotte apartments do still include a kitchen unit for cooking. The Categorki 1, Categorki 2 and Categorki 3 apartments vary by size and extravagance. There are two opulent penthouses, each with rooftop terraces and multiple bedrooms, sleeping between four and eight people.
