The Frangipani Tree is a lovely beach hotel, located on the west end of Thalpe Beach within a 15-minute drive of Fort Galle. It provides a good base for not only relaxing by the beach but also visiting Galle.

Each of the 10 suite rooms have a sea view, and are furnished in a modern but elegant style. The hotel also has a small swimming pool and tennis court, and spa treatments can be organised at the neighbouring hotel or within Galle at one of the hotels.
