Splash Camp

Kwara Concession, Botswana

A modern, stylish camp situated in the wildlife-rich Kwara Concession of the Okavango Delta, Splash Camp is a relaxed, friendly, and extremely comfortable destination. The camp’s tents face a productive pan which attracts wildlife year-round, allowing guests to observe the comings and goings of the animals from the privacy of their own deck. The main area of the camp features a small plunge pool, an open-sided bar, a lounge area, and a curio shop. At the far end of camp is a second communal area, with its own bar and plunge pool. This 'enclave' can be booked exclusively for families or groups of six adults or more, seeking a more intimate experience.

Each of the spacious tents is decorated in a fresh, contemporary style and is set on a raised wooden platform. All have large en suite bathrooms with flushing toilets, double basins, and indoor and outdoor showers. Dedicated family tents feature two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Each tent also has a secluded veranda with comfortable deck chairs for whiling away a quiet afternoon armed with a pair of binoculars.

The camp’s location in the private Kwara Reserve means exceptional wildlife viewing, with frequent sightings of wild dogs, lions, and large herds of elephants. Being situated on a permanent source of water allows for wildlife viewing from a different angle during mokoro rides and boat safaris.

Food and drink

A light breakfast is served around the fire before your morning activity, during which you'll enjoy a tea and coffee bush break with brunch served upon returning to camp. High tea is served before each afternoon activity. A communal dinner is prepared to welcome you back.
